Our Soldiers go to war and/or come home and continue to have to fight for their own rights.
'Our Lives, Our Rights' campaign asserts the right to refuse to fight.
The choice of Conscientious Objector is not afforded as easy as the role of soldier.
A conscientious objector is "someone who is opposed to serving in the armed forces and/or bearing arms on the grounds of moral or religious principles," according to the U.S. Selective Service.

Those in government who beat the drums for war and ordered troops into Vietnam would not end it. It took Congress to end the war/quagmire started by those who had never been to war. Will it take a similar act to get us out of Afghanistan? Those who we elected in 2008 like Nixon did with Vietnam have not kept their promise to end our ten years of continuous war and scare tactics the drums beat. Will those who know war be the ones to end....
